“Transport was great. Driver was on time there and back. He informed us when we got there what time we would be returning (4pm in our case). The water park was great, there was a good mix of slides and activities to suit everyone. The meal, salad, drink and ice cream that were included were good with a variety of options. The amount of time in the park was good. We had the chance to try all the rides as well as go on our favourites a few time and splash around in the pool. Would recommend!”

“The price list shows that kids between 0-4y are free of charge. However, after we had already booked and paid the trip in full, the company tried to charge extra fees by claiming that the small kid ticket does not include an own seat at the bus and we should buy another kid’s ticket if they wanted an own seat. There was plenty of room in the bus. The bus did not drive directly to the waterpark but through a crowded Chania centre dropping out other guests which made the drive both ways longer and the stay at the waterpark shorter.”
