“The class was very informative and we learned a lot about Cretan cooking. There was a lot of food and it was very good, and not difficult to make. We had frequent breaks to have snacks and wine. The museum was interesting and the setting was beautiful. One suggestion I would make is to eat the appetizers we made earlier in the class, during one of the breaks.
